Freewell Magnetic ND Filters

Freewell magnetic ND filters are a quick swap filter system for reducing light coming into your camera. In testing these filters I was looking for a range of different things, including colour cast, vignetting, any image degradation and ease of use.

I went to number of different locations to test these Freewell filters. By doing this I thought it would give me a good idea what the filters are like. One thing that did stand out on these filters is just how thin the frames on them were. This helps to keep any vignetting to a minimum. The magnets used in the filters are quite strong and I required both hands to remove the filters from the lenses.
