Nikon D850 Photographing Tawny Frogmouths. In this video I venture out with my Nikon D850 and Nikon AF-S 80-400mm F4.5-5.6G ED VR lens to capture some illusive Tawny Frogmouths. They can be so hard to spot due to their amazing camouflage. The D850 as always performed extremely well giving me amazing definition in the Tawny Frogmouth feathers and facial features.

I am looking at the Nikon 500mm F5.6 PF lens along with an AF-S 1.4 teleconverter. Now comes the difficult task of paying for that lens set up. It can be very expensive, but I have heard it’s completely worth it. Looks like I will have to sell off some of my older lenses to help pay for it.
